Weigh your parcel in KG to determine its dead weight. Packages which are large in size but low in weight are charged for by their volumetric weight if this is greater than the actual dead weight.
It’s easy to check the volumetric weight of your parcel.
Measure the width, length and height in centimetres. Multiply all three together and divide the total by 5000. This total is the volumetric weight of your package in KG. If the volumetric weight exceeds the dead weight you will be charged accordingly.

Tell us about your consignment to get a quotation. We’ll need to know the following for our courier collection and delivery:
– Where your package is being collected from.
– Which country, city or town delivery will be made to.
– The content of your package and it’s value.
– The dead weight of your package and the volumetric weight if this is greater.
– Any special handling or timed delivery requirements you may have.
You can send goods and documents throughout the United Kingdom and the EU without the need for any additional paperwork other than the Consignment Note. Goods travelling outside of the EU will require formal paperwork for Customs clearance which we are more than happy to help with.
