Charlie Russell

Prior to life at AAS, Charlie spent several years working in the city in various sales roles. He became part of the AAS family in 2016 as an Account Manager, and quickly fell in love with the industry. He says, ”the courier business is like the mafia, once you’re in you never get out!”

Today, as our CEO, Charlie leads the business with a vision for excellence and innovation. By setting the standard with a hands-on approach, Charlie has driven AAS to new heights in recent years, with an unwavering commitment to operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and strategic growth.

Outside of the office, you’ll find me in the gym training for my next triathlon or relaxing at home playing my guitar.”

Paul O’Toole

Starting as a London courier driver in 1991, Paul has seen the company evolve over three decades. From the days of paper air waybills and fax machines, to the highly advanced technology and systems that AAS operates today, Paul’s knowledge and experience acts as a guiding hand as the business looks to reach new heights.

“Over 35 years in logistics and still going strong! I’m committed, hardworking, and passionate about delivering exceptional results and always up for a challenge. I strive to make a difference by educating and developing those around me. When I’m not crunching numbers or optimising global supply chains, I enjoy creating unforgettable memories with my family during vacations or just hanging out with friends. I have a great sense of humour, which is invaluable at times, due to my choice of rugby, football, and Formula 1 teams!”

Head of Business Operations

Ania Migala

Ania joined the AAS team in 2018. Having held previous positions with Asendia and La Poste, Ania brought with her a wealth of valuable industry experience.

Popular with customers and colleagues alike, Ania has quickly progressed through the ranks at AAS. In her current role as Head of Business Operations, Ania is responsible for ensuring our Customer Service, Transport, Operations and Warehouse teams are performing optimally.
